I take turkey tail powder daily, in my coffee around lunch time and it makes a difference to how i feel... more awake and sharper than if i was just having a coffee. I don't have that spike where i drop after a couple of hours with adding turkey tail. I'm certainly aware of how many people come down with colds and flu around me but my immune system is becoming stronger plus im noticing i don't have allergies quite the same as i was having... eg. allergies around cats and dogs, hay-fever.
I have purchased Turkey Tail powder from other sources. So far this is in my opinion the best. It is lump free and mixes well in my tea. Love the tin.

Love the turkey tail and swear by it's power since covid as my partner and I were both on capsules at the time and we both cruised thru getting the vid twice with nearly zero symptoms and 4 days testing positive. I have a spoonful every morning over my eggs on toast. Tasty and natural!

Love this product. Kicked in after about 3 weeks. Dodged going down hard with winter ills - despite everyone around me being sickly. Recently combined with Tremella which has totally improved my digestive symptoms. All chucked in the morning smoothie
Turkey tail goes into my morning coffee every morning to help with gut health and also enjoy all the other benefits!! Couldn't recommend MDP enough!! Fabulous service & beautiful product.
While it's too soon to tell if there's benefits I find the flavour very palatable. It mixes pretty much undetectabley into or onto food or coffee.

I ordered the turkey tail extract and it arrived the very next day!! I’ve been taking it now for 6 weeks. I suffer from a very painful inflammatory disease and I definitely notice my mornings are a lot less painful and my stomach feels a lot less bloated after I’ve eaten. This is now a permanent part of my every day!

Actually have started to like the flavour of this - I have it on my porridge or on toast. I am assuming it's doing good things for my immune system - I seem to be able to avoid getting too sick with flu or Covid.
