My husband and I have been using Magick Magnesium for quite some time now . It’s true that its a cup of chill , I find it really helps keep my nervous system in balance and with the magnesium glycinate , I find it extra beneficial in terms of balancing stress and energy, I love the l theanine it definitely has a calming effect along with giving me extra mental focus, alongside a chilled feel from the reishi . I can highly recommend this for any female overwhelmed and juggling to many things . It helps with calming focus and overall balance,and helps make things easier and more manageable . It’s my calm in a cup . This is my husbands go to for his muscle support and overall wellness to We love the brightness of the colour, the taste it mixes well and the colour really would brighten anyone’s day . In summer we love to mix it into coconut water , as it’s for such a tropical look and feel . We love the branding the refill packaging, and the fact it’s local and nz made.
I'm loving this Magnesium product during my pregnancy. It's really made a difference with my cramping calves and restless legs. I'm loving the compostable refill bags as I don't like throwing away a pretty tin each time I need new powders!
I take this late morning daily and used to take it at night but didn't find it so effective to the degree I'm noticing now. Ive found the Magick Magnesium 'cup of chill' excellent! It really helps me to relax more deeply in my body so i have a whole lot less aches. Also my cognitive brain function is more focused and sharper so I'm less distracted. I'm becoming very well organised with getting things sorted.
Easy to drink, definitely gives me a restful sleep and far less grumpy crash outs in the morning.

Another "must have" in my arsenal of combating physical aches and pains from physical labour. I own my own cleaning business and this magnesium is by far, the best I've tried over many years supplementing my diet with Mg. It tastes great and helps soothe tired muscles, calms the nervous system and aids in deep rest.

This works great, however the taste is a bit unusual for me. I mix it with lemonade too taste better.
I love this product, some magnesium can make me feel super drowsy the next day, I never have that problem with this product.

This is one of my favorites. Great taste too. I've started using this this instead of magnesium tablets and I feel great. Would be lovely in summer too over ice as it's git that blue sky feeling. Great work!

Magick magnesium did wonders to help get rid of our muscle cramps. Really helps you get quality sleep too. If you have insomnia, this is a grt product to help tackle it.
