Product is great. Container is horrible. Not air tight like previous screw lid containers. In less than 4 weeks this tin has allowed the powder to become rock solid hard, it’s no longer powder & a very dense rock. I am having to chisel it with a sharp knife to get a piece from the huge clump of rock. Then I cut it into a small sugar cube size piece & then put boiling hot water on it to try and mix it up before adding coffee to the cup. Recommend going back to the screw lid, air tight bottles.
Store owner replied: Hello! Our mushroom extracts don't contain any flowing agents or fillers so can be very prone to becoming hard from moisture in the environment. As we live in such a humid and rainy climate, the best bet is to keep in the fridge. I am more than happy to replace your product as I offered by email for you to trial keeping it in the fridge :)
Love it! Still taking this in powder form but may change to capsules next order .take it with morning coffee and really wakes up my morning .

I’m never sure whether it’s Lions Mane, taken from many lions, or Lion’s Mane - the luscious locks of one lion; but never mind whatever it is Misty‘s product is absolutely perfect.
