Cordyceps is a fungus that grows out of a caterpillar’s head on the Tibetan Plateau. It’s been used as a tonic for at least 500 years, sells for up to US$30,000 a kilo, and got famous in the West thanks to a 1993 running scandal. There’s a lot of hype around it!!

In this free 45-minute session I’ll cover:

  • Where cordyceps comes from, and how it’s been used in Tibetan and Chinese medicine
  • The difference between wild cordyceps  and cultivated cordyceps
  • What the research actually says about energy, lungs and libido, including the latest studies
  • How to take it, how much, and who should check with a practitioner first

There’s time at the end for your questions. Everyone who registers gets the replay and a thank-you offer.

I’m Rachel, a naturopath and  herbalist  with two decades in the supplement industry, and the founder of Misty Day Plant Potions.
