Magick Dandy & Apple Breakfast Crumble

Magick Herbal Coffee is a beautiful blend of roasted roots and energizing adaptogens and makes the perfect no caffeine gut loving blend for those avoiding the demon coffee! Its also perfect added to this autumnal crumble that tastes perfect as a dessert or a breakfast crumble!

Ingredients

8 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon orange zest

1 1/2 cups porridge oats

1/2 cup plain flour

2 tablespoon Magick Herbal Coffee

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup olive oil

 

Method

Place the sliced apples on to the bottom of a oven proof dish.

sprinkle over the sugar, cinnamon and orange zest. Mix with your hands, until the apple is coated.

In a large bowl mix together the oats, Magick coffee, seeds and coconut.

In a small saucepan heat the orange juice and honey until the honey is melted.

Pour the honey mixture, along with the olive oil, over the oat mixture and mix well.

Spread the crumble over the apple mixture and bake at 180ºC for 40 minutes, until the apple is tender and the crumble golden.

 

Serve with coconut yogurt.
